Gabay Guro named as Stanford Graduate School of Business charity auction beneficiary

Gabay Guro, the flagship program of the PLDT-Smart Foundation and the PLDT Managers’ Club Inc. (MCI), was recently named as a beneficiary of the Big Picture Charity Auction in Stanford University. 

Giving back to communities, the auctioned artwork took place among colleagues in the Stanford Executive Program 2018 in line with Stanford’s call to change lives, change organizations and change the world. The donation proceeds of which were given to the top three short-listed beneficiaries from among the many charity submissions, including Gabay Guro. PLDT SVP and Gabay Guro Founder & Chairwoman Chaye Cabal-Revilla, who recently graduated from the Stanford Executive Program, attended the charity initiative. 

The other two beneficiaries were US-based organization Health in Harmony, which strives to save rainforests through various communities globally; and African-based organization Children in the Wilderness, which aims to facilitate sustainable conservation through leadership development and education of rural children in Africa.
