Our Concept Store has the latest gadgets and apps that are all very useful and desirable but customers will be coming here primarily to ask for our service, so we should always be ready to provide them with the best customer experience.”
The Concept Store’s staff also accept applications for fixed line and digital services, as well as payments for telephone and broadband bills. Like other PLDT stores, it contains the upgraded Infotouch, the 24” HD-quality user-friendly digital interface that enables subscribers to inquire about their bills, request for repairs, and learn about PLDT products and services on their own.
