A strategic partnership agreement was recently signed between leading telecoms and digital services provider PLDT and fast rising realty company Corsan Realty Development to power the fixed and wireless telecommunications infrastructure of the latter’s high-rise buildings.
PLDT has initially equipped Corsan’s One Felicity Center at Don Mariano Marcos Avenue, Quezon City with the high-speed network connectivity of fiber, which also features high resolution video capabilities, and other telecommunications services. It is likewise upgrading the communications facilities of Corsan’s JocFer Building in Diliman, Quezon City.
“We are glad to partner with Corsan Realty to provide total building solutions to future-proof its building projects in the country and serve the communications needs of its residents and tenants,” said PLDT AVP and Head of Building Industry Consultancy Services (BICS) Ronaldo David R. Mendoza.
“PLDT brings secure, efficient and reliable infrastructure to Corsan Realty and our other customers to help them adapt to the fast-paced lifestyle of the digital world,” Mendoza added.
“Technology is constantly evolving and our clients always want the latest innovations with the fastest speed. We want  to develop projects that will deliver our clients’ requirements. With PLDT by our side, we are confident that our projects will be able to cope with the rapid changes in technology that will fulfill the needs of our most demanding tenants and customers,” said Corsan Realty President Carlos Coronel.

“We are happy to partner with PLDT to provide the state-of-the-art telecoms and digital services required by our tenants and customers as we endeavor to develop projects that will contribute to nation building and enrich the communities that we serve,” Coronel said.
